Services I offer
In Person, Individual Psychotherapy Sessions
Weekly, 50-minute in-person therapy sessions in a safe, welcoming space where you can explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences at your own pace. My approach is grounded in Gestalt psychotherapy, which emphasizes self-awareness, personal responsibility, and the connection between mind and body in the present moment. In-person sessions allow for deeper connection and presence, creating a supportive environment for meaningful exploration and change. Whether you're working through specific challenges or seeking greater self-understanding, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you.
Online Psychotherapy Sessions
Weekly, 50-minute online therapy sessions, providing a flexible and accessible way to receive support from the comfort of your own space. Using Gestalt psychotherapy, I help clients develop greater self-awareness and understanding of their emotions, behaviors, and patterns. Online sessions are just as personal and effective as in-person therapy, offering a safe and confidential space for you to explore whatever is on your mind. Whether you’re navigating specific challenges or seeking a deeper sense of self, we’ll take things at a pace that feels right for you.
Professional Consultations for Clinicians
I offer professional consultations for clinicians and practitioners working with clients struggling with eating disorders. These sessions provide a supportive space to discuss complex cases, gain deeper insight into eating disorder treatment, and explore therapeutic approaches. Whether you're seeking guidance, support, or a fresh perspective, I’m here to help you navigate the challenges of this work with confidence and clarity. Please note that I do not offer supervision as I am not a qualified supervisor.
My Approach
As a Gestalt psychotherapist, my approach to therapy is rooted in the belief that personal growth and healing start with self-awareness. Like many therapists, my journey began with a personal need to understand and heal, and I know firsthand how scary it can be to come into a therapeutic session and be vulnerable with a person you are just getting to know. That requires a great ammount of courage, and I have a lot of respect for the bravery of each and every single person who takes this risk and embarks on their healing journey.

I am both warm and challenging in my work. In a safe and respectful environment, I gently challenge my clients to step outside of their comfort zones, helping them confront their fears and uncover deeper insights. My years of experience have shaped me into a therapist who meets clients with empathy, understanding, and an unwavering respect for their unique journeys. I don’t offer just theory—I provide a space where you can be fully heard, supported, and seen for who you truly are.
I might sometimes share with you what comes up for me in relation to what I am hearing, if and when I believe that it might be a helpful thing to bring into the space- therapists aren't just professionals, they are also people who have - in many cases- had relatable experiences.
I don’t believe in “fixing” what’s broken because, in my experience, nothing is truly broken in a person. Often, it’s a belief we hold about ourselves that can make us feel stuck. I understand how these beliefs can shape how we see ourselves and the world around us. The key is recognizing that these beliefs don’t define who you are.
My role is to help you challenge those ideas and build a space where you can start to trust that you are whole, just as you are. You’re not broken—you’re human, and we can work together to explore and shift the beliefs that have held you back.

It’s about exploration, gaining clarity, and discovering how to move forward in a way that feels authentic and empowering to you. If you’re feeling uncertain, that’s okay. It’s all part of the process, and together we can navigate this journey of self-discovery and growth.
